Meet Caryn Happ

Founder & Designated Managing Broker

Hello and welcome! I’m Caryn Happ, Founder and Designated Managing Broker of Happ Realty. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2015, I’ve been passionate about creating a supportive, encouraging environment where agents feel empowered to grow, build successful businesses, and truly enjoy the work they do.

I believe real estate is about more than transactions. It is about relationships, leadership, and helping people feel confident in every step of their journey. My goal has always been to create a brokerage culture rooted in collaboration, education, authenticity, and community, where agents feel supported both personally and professionally.
