Bringing over a decade of real estate experience, I lead operations at Happ Realty with a focus on structure, efficiency, and long-term growth.

My role is centered on building and maintaining the systems that keep our brokerage running at a high level. From overseeing day-to-day operations to managing transaction workflows and timelines, I ensure every detail is handled with consistency and precision.

In addition to leading operations, I serve as an independent transaction coordinator for our agents, providing hands-on support throughout the contract-to-close process. I help manage deadlines, paperwork, and communication so nothing is missed and every transaction stays on track.

I work closely with our agents to provide the support, organization, and accountability they need to stay focused on serving their clients and scaling their business. By keeping processes clear and operations aligned, I help create an environment where both agents and clients experience a seamless, well-managed process.
